APMS leasing-only service includes:

Leasing services are performed at a flat rate, due upon lease signing (call or email for the price). The leasing fee will be deducted from the tenant’s move-in funds and a net amount will be sent to you along with copies of all the relevant documents. Guarantee: If the tenant doesn’t stay for at least 3 months, APMS will re-lease your rental property at no charge.
